Meyer Landmark

A $13.5 million historic preservation project led by Laura Meyer-Dick, converting the 1923 Stamey Hotel (once visited by President Truman) into 36 modern apartments in downtown Hutchinson, 24 of which will be designated moderate-income housing. The project is funded through historic tax credits, state and city grants, and private equity. Set to open July 1, 2026.
